Bobbie Nell Pater, 79, of Bryant, Arkansas began her eternity with her Lord and Savior October 29, 2014. Bobbie was born in Fouke, AR on June 21, 1935.
Bobbie is preceded in death by her husband, Glen Ray Pater; and son, Billy Ray Pater.
Bobbie is survived by 3 daughters, Regina Lattin of Mabelvale, AR, Sharon Holt of Bryant, AR, Barbara Briggs and husband Don of Bauxite, AR; son, Michael Pater of Bryant, AR; 13 grandchildren, Billy "Craig", Kesha, Kimber, Randall, Amanda, Christy, Josh, Brad, Brooke, Brian, Lori, Jeremy, and Abby; 17 great-grandchildren as well as many other family members and friends that will miss her dearly.
Bobbie was of the Pentecostal faith. In her younger years, she sang gospel music on KBBA radio with her brother in Benton on Sunday mornings. She was a housewife, finding delight in raising her children at home. She loved to sew and made her children's clothes. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 2, 2014 from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St. Benton, AR 72015.
