Glenda Louise Beatty, 75, of Benton died on April 27, 2016. She was born February 19, 1941 to G.W. and Mary Fish of Benton, Arkansas.
Glenda was a very loving and giving person. She was always thinking of others. Reading romance novels was a favorite pastime. She also loved any type of electronic gadgets. Glenda was a member of the Saline County Master Gardener's club.
She leaves to cherish her memories a son: Rik Beatty, of Benton; daughter: Samantha Milks and husband Clay, of Benton; three grandchildren, Scarlett Milks, Logan Milks, and Christen Pope; brother, Ray Fish, of Benton; sister, Gayle Gitlin and husband Larry, of Colorado; and many other family members and friends who loved Glenda and will miss her always.
Memorials may be made to Arbor Foundation or World Wildlife Fund.
Reception visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St., Benton, Arkansas 72015. Guests may register at www.smithfamilycares.com.
