James Chamlee

James Rance Chamlee, 59 of Mayflower, AR passed away November 11, 2015 he was born on December 1, 1955 in Prescott, AR to James and Carolyn Chamlee. James grow up in Prescott AR, Bryant AR, and Little Rock, AR. He graduated from Mills High School, he retired from Safeway food stores and was employed by Central Arkansas Transit Services. James enjoyed being outdoors he loved hunting in Paron-Ferdale area and being with family and friends he had a wonderful personality and never met a stranger. He was of the Baptist faith.

James is survived by his loving wife Kathi Lowery Chamlee and one daughter Dyer Lowery, his mother Carolyn Cullins, of Bryant, and one brother Michael Chamlee of Prescott, AR. His aunt Jackie Lucas, and cousins, Cherrie Wilson, Johnny lucas, Steve Lucas and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father James Carrol Chamlee, grandparents, Rance and Mozelle Watkins Gill, and James and Pearl Smith Chamlee.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 14, 2015 in the chapel of Smith - Benton Funeral Home 322 N. Market Street, Benton, AR 501-778-7100 with burial to follow at Liberty Cemetery, in Prescott, AR. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2015 at Funeral Home.
