Jeffry Lang Jones, 66, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away May 7, 2016. He was born September 25, 1949 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Samuel Dale and Adda Mae Jones.
Jeffry was a graduate of West Memphis High School and Memphis State University. He served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam as a Chinook Mechanic and Gunner.
Jeffry was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Dale Jones.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife, Denise Jones; daughter, Sara Elizabeth Traylor and husband Joe of Benton; sons, Jeffry Alan Jones of Lubbock, Texas and Matthew Russell Jones and fiance' Savannah Glass of Conway, Arkansas; step-son, Cory Lamar Falcone and fiancé Tiffany Chapman of Benton, Arkansas; grandchildren, Kyleigh Hettinger, Carrington Ann Byers, and Ayvan Lamar Falcone; brothers, Randy Jones and wife Donna of Dallas, Texas, Paul Jones and wife Margie of California, father and mother-in-law, Lamar and Shirley Jennings; and many other family members and friends who loved Jeffry and will miss him always.
Reception visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St., Benton, Arkansas 72015. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
