Ethan Smart

Ethan James Smart, 29, of Alexander, Arkansas passed away July 6, 2018. He was born April 27, 1989 in Little Rock to Troyce and Stacey (Cloud) Smart. Ethan was a graduate of Bryant High School, Class of 2007. Ethan proudly served in the United States Air Force. He was a manager at Dollar General Store. Ethan was a member of Salem United Methodist Church. He loved his family, friends, and pet dogs. He was a big-time movie buff and watched everything from Gunsmoke, Three Stooges to his favorite of all-Batman. Preceding Ethan in death are his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Jean Smart. He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Abigail and Jackson Smart of Benton, Arkansas; parents, Troyce and Stacey Smart of Alexander; brothers: Kasey Smart and wife Diana of Alexander and Kelly Smart of Benton, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, Robert and Polly Cloud of Alexander; nieces: Annaleigh and Aria Smart; aunts and uncles: Corbett and Roxanne Smart of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Connie and Candy McLain of Texas, Susie and Ricky Lee Melvin of Alexander, Jim and Angela Baker of Benton, and Terry Brady of Bryant, Arkansas; and a host of family and friends who love Ethan and will miss him always. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Friday, July 13, at Salem United Methodist Church, 1647 Salem Road, Benton, Arkansas. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM.
