Mark Allen Talbert, 26, of Benton, Arkansas passed away October 29, 2019. He was born September 22, 1993 in Benton to Samuel C. Talbert and Carol Rogers Talbert.
Mark served in the United States Air Force and worked as an insurance agent. He was always smiling and strived to make everyone happy. Mark loved his wife, Maegan, with all his heart and they were so happy together. After spending time with his family, Mark's favorite thing was playing games with his best friend, Blake. He enjoyed cookouts, taking trips, and loved his friends like family. If you were around him, you would be happy. The whole world was robbed of a great man.
Preceding Mark in death are his beautiful wife, Maegan Talbert; brother, Eric Daniel Talbert; paternal grandparents, Nancy and Herman Talbert; and maternal grandfather, Bill Houston.
He leaves behind his father, Sam Talbert and wife Sheila of Benton, Arkansas; mother, Carol Rogers Talbert of Mississippi; brother, Luke Talbert of Benton, Arkansas; step-brother, Casey Bowser of Benton, Arkansas; two step-sisters: Ali Purifoy and husband Jason of Malvern, Arkansas and Jessica Bowser of Magnet Cove, Arkansas; maternal grandmother, Betty Houston; seven nieces and nephews; and many family members and friends who love Mark and will miss him always. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Ralph Lamar Rogers.
Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 PM, Thursday, November 7, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home. Funeral service, officiated by Thomas Gifford, will follow at 2:00 PM, November 7, at the funeral home. Burial of Mark and Meagan will be held at Pinecrest Memorial Park on Friday, November 8 at 10:00 AM.
