Phyllis Elaine Newcomb, 73, of Benton, Arkansas passed away July 25, 2018. She was born January 25, 1945 in Kingman, Arizona to the late Reuben "Jack" and Eva Jean (Mobley) Mills.
Phyllis was a member of Highland Heights Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and special friends. Her grandsons were the highlight of her life.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of fifty-five years, Vernon "Don" Newcomb of Benton, Arkansas; two sons: Scott Newcomb and wife Kelley of Benton, Arkansas, and Bradley Newcomb and wife Stephanie of Roland, Arkansas; five grandsons: Jacob "Jake" Newcomb, Dillon Newcomb, Noah Newcomb, Jude Newcomb, and Silas Newcomb; brother, Mike Mills and wife Gayle of Haskell, Arkansas; sister, Karen Welch and husband James of Haskell, Arkansas; and a host of family and friends who love Phyllis and will miss her always.
Celebration of life will be held from 1:00-3:00 PM, Sunday, July 29, at 2406 Oakbrook Drive, Benton, Arkansas 72015.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany Christian Services in Little Rock, Arkansas.
