Rebecca Brosius, of the Lake Norrell community in Alexander, beloved wife of James Robinson, passed away on May 10, 2017.
Born August 1, 1958, in Little Rock, she grew up in the surrounding areas and was a proud alumna of Mt. St. Mary Academy. Rebecca went on to earn her nursing degree and had a long career in the healthcare field, serving most recently as the State Office Director of the Rural Health Resource Center.
Rebecca loved Razorback football, boating and, horse racing. She loved attending football games and tailgating with family and friends. She was an active member of the Oaklawn Jockey Club in Hot Springs and drew great pleasure from attending races and participating in charity events there, as well as traveling to neighboring states to attend other racing events.
As a member of the Lake Norrell community since the early 1990's, Rebecca was an active community member who enjoyed participating in and organizing community events.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, John Brosius and Mary Brosius, and her son, Mason Robinson, whom she dearly loved. She leaves behind her husband, many cousins and, a host of friends to cherish her memory.
