Vivian Sheridan

Vivian Ann (Oldner) Sheridan, 68, of Benton, Arkansas went to be with the Lord October 27, 2018. She was born March 18, 1950 in Little Rock to the late Johnie E. Oldner and Sybil Juanita (Smith) Oldner.
Vivian loved the Lord and served Him by playing the piano, singing in the choir and participating in Vacation Bible School at her home church, Forest Hills Missionary Baptist Church. She loved people and was a generous giver. Vivian enjoyed watching TV court shows and was crafty. Her grandchildren were so special to her. She often sent them jokes by text.
Preceding Vivian in death are her parents; husband of forty-five years, Gary C. Sheridan; and one grandchild.
She leaves to cherish her memory three children: Melissa G. Farmer and husband Rocky of Benton, Arkansas, Brian J. Sheridan and wife Christel of Royal, Arkansas, and Tiffany R. Alexander and husband Keith of Hampton, Arkansas; six grandchildren: Sydney Dillon (Benton), Dustin O'Neal (Elisabeth), Blakley Sheridan, Jacob Sheridan, Christian Sheridan, Anna Jones; three great-grandchildren; two sisters: Gloria J. Oldner of Benton, and Kathy Davis of Benton; brother, T. Wayne Oldner of Benton; and a host of family and friends who love Vivian and will miss her always.
Reception visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 30 at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton. Funeral service, officiated by Rev. Marcus Blakley, will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 31 at Forest Hills Missionary Baptist Church, 1119 Alcoa Road, Benton, Arkansas.
