Celebrant Services

Creating a Legacy, one story at a time.

Every Life is Worth Remembering

A Certified Celebrant meets with families to gather stories, share memories, anecdotes and special moments in your loved one’s life, and then prepares a personal eulogy that incorporates those unique stories and experiences that defined your loved one. They also consult with families to help design a service that best reflects and memorializes the life of your loved one, weaving your choice of music, photos, readings, personal mementos, and unique ceremonies into a service of tribute to a life lived.

Jodie McGinley, Funeral Director and Certified Celebrant

Jodie McGinley was placed into the grief ministry very early into her life, with the unexpected death of her father during her childhood as well as the sudden loss of her twin son molded the ministry in which she now serves.

She holds a B.A. of Education from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, a licensed funeral director for Smith Family Funeral Homes, and a Certified Celebrant by the InSight Institute.

Jodie has been married to her husband for over 19 years and they enjoy raising their 3 surviving children together.
